I assume it's because I only started the art school in my 2nd year of primary school. They didn't teach me so many things. I remember some mention of how to hold a pencil (and NO, that's not the same way you hold a pen, baby!) but there was nothing more about how to actually learn to draw properly. And now I'm at the complete beginning. Fuck's sake, I wasted all these years being a fool. Thinking of what a moron I am that I can't draw. Well, now I can blame it on someone else.

I bought a book.
Barrington Barber - The Fundamentals of Drawing. And it's pretty cool. Sure it's not exactly easy to start from a scratch when all you've had behind is bad habits of how to do this stuff. I find the practice very cool although it makes the pages fill with crappy wannabe circles, squares, horizontal, vertical & diagonal lines, pentagrams, cubes and spheres.

But hey! I can improve the drawing of actual stuff this way. Oh dear, ellipses are a nightmare. XD

And since drawing with an easel is easier, I even bought a table one! It's really nice. :3
